Cancellation Policy

At RV Sales, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order due to a change in plans or other circumstances. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched/shipped.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided below.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be cancelled. In such cases, the customer may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund according to our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request cancellation, please contact RV Sales with:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Phone number or email address used for the order
- Reason for cancellation, if applicable

We recommend submitting cancellation requests as early as possible because orders may be processed for dispatch shortly after they are placed.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.
If you no longer wish to receive the product, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for applicable return conditions and procedures.
4. Cancellation by RV Sales
RV Sales reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:
- Product being unavailable or out of stock
- Incorrect or inaccurate product pricing or information
- Payment or transaction issues
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Inability to deliver to the provided address
- Errors in the order or technical issues
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If RV Sales cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processing terms.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated after the cancellation is confirmed.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable where no payment has been collected.
6. Cancellation Charges
RV Sales does not generally charge a cancellation fee for eligible cancellation requests made before dispatch.
However, if an order has already been processed, shipped, or incurred non-recoverable charges, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable charges or deductions will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
7. Changes to an Order
If you need to change an order, such as the delivery address, product, quantity, or variant, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
