Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received a damaged product, or
- You received the wrong product.
Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
- Clear photos or a video showing the damaged or incorrect product must be provided when submitting your request.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number along with photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions.
Shipping Charges
- If the return or exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by RV Sales, we will bear the return shipping charges.
- No shipping charges will be reimbursed for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
