Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • A replacement is not available for the damaged or incorrect product.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. If your request is approved and a replacement cannot be provided, the refund will be processed.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Products that are eligible for replacement and where a replacement has been successfully provided.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for eligible return requests.
